Health data:

 

- Medical documentation has to be preserved at least for thirty years from the time of the data recording, final report has to be preserved at least for fifty years. If no further storage is reasoned, the storage has to be annulled. - Image recordings made with imaging diagnostic processes (e.g. X-ray, CT scan) have to be preserved for ten years from the time of the recording, medical records based on these have to be preserved for thirty years from the time of the image recording. If no further storage is reasoned, the storage has to be annulled.
